Watermelon is perfect for keeping you hydrated as well as it being loaded with antioxidants like vitamin C and A. It also contains more lycopene then any other fruit. The best thing though is that it is a fantastic souce of amino acid citrulline, which helps your body heal it's wounds, lower your blood pressure, and protect against stroke. 2.    GRAPES 

If pregnant women eat a lot of grapes, their babies’ eyes will be brighter because grapes contain a lot of vitamin A and flavonol compound that are useful for developing eyesight.

Eating grapes is good for not only mother but also child because it brings some advantages:
-       Magnesium in grapes helps pregnant women reduce cramp.

Banana is one of the great sources of iron which every woman should consume. Doing so will accelerate iron in body, by producing haemoglobin and reducing anemic symptoms.

4.    AVOCADO
